Over 20 Years of Experience
Enspire Consulting Group, LLC, was founded by Dr. Frank and Stacey Edwards in 2015. This husband and wife team has worked in education and mental health for over 20 years in multiple capacities.
At the forefront of Frank and Stacey’s work is a commitment to enhancing academic achievement while supporting the family’s mental health because of the recognized challenges surrounding the need for appropriate student placements and a lack of culturally sensitive mental health services for families.
Enspire Consulting Group, LLC believes in the power of community and giving back. We are affiliated with the Philadelphia College of Osteopathic Medicine (PCOM) and are the driving force behind Enspire Foundation.
Frank Edwards, Psy.D, LPC, CSP
Dr. Frank Edwards holds Pennsylvania and New Jersey certifications as a School Psychologist. He also maintains licensure as a Professional Counselor in PA and NJ and certification as a Principal and Supervisor of Special Education in New Jersey.
Dr. Edwards earned his master’s degree in Mental Health Counseling in 2005. In the spring of 2009, he earned an Educational Specialist Certification from Immaculate University. In the summer of 2013, Dr. Edwards earned his doctoral degree in School Psychology with an emphasis in School Neuropsychology from the Philadelphia College of Osteopathic Medicine.
Dr. Edwards has experience within the educational and mental health systems. He has held positions as a School Psychologist in large urban districts and within the private school sector. Throughout his career, Dr. Edwards was a School-Based Clinician, Clinical Supervisor, Intake Social Worker, Foster Care Social Worker, Group Facilitator/Trainer, Behavioral Consultant, and Drug and Alcohol Counselor.
Dr. Edwards is most proud of his work within schools. He created and maintained the “Men of West Program,” which prepared minority and underserved young men for life, college, and careers after high school. Dr. Edwards also created the “Rising Stars Program,” a tutoring and mentoring initiative geared toward increasing academic achievement within urban school settings while building parent-child relationships and linking parents to teachers and needed community resources.
His mission is to improve school systems through data-based decision-making to drive interventions, as well as school consultation practice and outcomes.

I am a licensed clinical psychologist who delivers outpatient therapy for children, adolescents, and adults to achieve positive mental health outcomes. I have over 30 years of experience in working with individuals and families to treat anxiety, depression, disability issues, and emotional, and learning problems. I have broad-based training that allows me to tailor my clinical approach to the needs of individuals or families rather than relying on one particular therapeutic approach.
Board-Certified Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner
I bring over 20 years of nursing experience in various specialties to the practice. As a board-certified psychiatric nurse practitioner, I have worked with patients of all ages, helping them manage symptoms from challenges like depression, anxiety, post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD), and attention deficit hyperactivity disorder (ADHD). I care for my patient's mental health by evaluating their condition, developing a plan to improve it, giving them psychoeducation and counseling, and managing medications.
My patients' long-term health is one of my primary concerns, and I want to do everything I can to help them. Providing evidence-based, individualized care for each patient's needs and compassion is essential to promote recovery. The most important parts of my practice are working with patients and their loved ones, emphasizing wellness, and giving each patient a personalized treatment plan.
I understand that seeking out mental health care can be challenging and frightening. I'm here to listen to your needs and ensure you feel welcome in a safe space as we work together.
My area of expertise is working with children, and I enjoy working with individuals, couples, and families.
Everyone is different. I approach sessions with outside-the-box thinking. I try to help by being a sounding board while helping individuals understand their needs for themselves. As well as understand the systemic changes in their lives.
Ecosystemic structural family therapy
Narrative therapy and solution-focused therapy are the theories I tend to pull from. This won’t be a fast process but it will be a healing one.
I believe in the power of therapy and the therapeutic process. Essential within our therapeutic relationship is the creation of an environment that is safe, confidential, and non-judgmental. Through these conditions, I will meet you where you are on your journey, and together we will move forward to achieve your personal goals.
Collaboration is paramount to success in therapy, and both of us bring our own level of expertise to the relationship. Because of your experiences and their effects on your life, you are the expert on the content we explore, and I will serve as the expert on the therapy.
Reaching out for therapy can be very difficult, and I compliment you on it. I look forward to working with you toward finding your solutions, so when you are ready, I will be here for you.
Renee graduated from Widener University in 2020 with a master’s degree in social work.
