Over 20 Years of Experience
Enspire Consulting Group, LLC, was founded by Dr. Frank and Stacey Edwards in 2015. This husband and wife team has worked in education and mental health for over 20 years in multiple capacities.
At the forefront of Frank and Stacey’s work is a commitment to enhancing academic achievement while supporting the family’s mental health because of the recognized challenges surrounding the need for appropriate student placements and a lack of culturally sensitive mental health services for families.
Enspire Consulting Group, LLC believes in the power of community and giving back. We are affiliated with the Philadelphia College of Osteopathic Medicine (PCOM) and are the driving force behind Enspire Foundation.

Board-Certified Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner
I bring over 20 years of nursing experience in various specialties to the practice. As a board-certified psychiatric nurse practitioner, I have worked with patients of all ages, helping them manage symptoms from challenges like depression, anxiety, post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD), and attention deficit hyperactivity disorder (ADHD). I care for my patient's mental health by evaluating their condition, developing a plan to improve it, giving them psychoeducation and counseling, and managing medications.
My patients' long-term health is one of my primary concerns, and I want to do everything I can to help them. Providing evidence-based, individualized care for each patient's needs and compassion is essential to promote recovery. The most important parts of my practice are working with patients and their loved ones, emphasizing wellness, and giving each patient a personalized treatment plan.
I understand that seeking out mental health care can be challenging and frightening. I'm here to listen to your needs and ensure you feel welcome in a safe space as we work together.
My area of expertise is working with children, and I enjoy working with individuals, couples, and families.
Everyone is different. I approach sessions with outside-the-box thinking. I try to help by being a sounding board while helping individuals understand their needs for themselves. As well as understand the systemic changes in their lives.
Ecosystemic structural family therapy
Narrative therapy and solution-focused therapy are the theories I tend to pull from. This won’t be a fast process but it will be a healing one.
I believe in the power of therapy and the therapeutic process. Essential within our therapeutic relationship is the creation of an environment that is safe, confidential, and non-judgmental. Through these conditions, I will meet you where you are on your journey, and together we will move forward to achieve your personal goals.
Collaboration is paramount to success in therapy, and both of us bring our own level of expertise to the relationship. Because of your experiences and their effects on your life, you are the expert on the content we explore, and I will serve as the expert on the therapy.
Reaching out for therapy can be very difficult, and I compliment you on it. I look forward to working with you toward finding your solutions, so when you are ready, I will be here for you.

Growing up without a father in Philadelphia PA meant the odds were stacked against me. Also, the statistics for an African American male surviving to adulthood were not on my side. In search of meaning I enlisted in the Armed Forces and through this experience, I traveled to many countries experiencing different cultures. Since that time, I have spent the past fourteen years embedded in the search for understanding and enlightenment about the complexity of human perception and the many aspects of the mind, body, and spirit that influence our perceptions. I have used my life experience to help individuals who find themselves stuck by life circumstances.
Experience has taught me that embedded in our ability to get through tough times is the perception we have about whatever situation we are facing. In my work with individuals experiencing relationship issues, depression, trauma, and drug or alcohol abuse I use an effective common-sense approach that leads to meaningful self-discovery and transformation. As your life coach, I will commit to listening to your story and charting a life plan that is culturally tailored to your specific needs. Learn how to enjoy the endless possibilities life has to offer you as we take this journey together.
